Swivel-Joist Expansion Joints

The centre beams of the MAURER Swivel-Joist Expansion Joint can slide on support bars with the help of sliding bearings. By means of a pivoting mechanism the centre beams are controlled parallel.

This allows the unrestricted putting together of centre beams and thus movements of far more than 2 m in any direction. The Swivel-Joist Expansion Joint is particularly suitable for large and complex movements, lack of space as well as for use in structures with seismic risks.
