How far in advance do I have to apply for vocational training?

The application closing date for each position is described with each vocational training offer.

Is there a chance that I can do hands-on training abroad during my vocational training?

Generally that is not required for the vocational training that we offer.

What are the working hours during vocational training?

Our trainees can configure their own working hours within the core hour time frame. The normal working hours are 35 hours per week.

What wages can a vocational trainee expect at MAURER SÖHNE?

Our vocational trainee wages are based on collectively agreed on wages for vocational trainees.

How good are the chances of getting a job at MAURER SÖHNE after the vocational training?

100% ! The worker’s council and the executive board have resolved that every vocational trainee that has finished his vocational training successfully will be offered a terminable agreement. Normally this agreement is converted into an indefinite agreement after a six month trial period depending on individual accomplishments and commitment. It’s up to you – show us that MAURER SÖHNE is the place you want to be!
